This cloud looks like New Hampshire's Old Man of the Mountain. This landmark has since fallen in 2003, but here's a composite picture of it before and after. All the state road signs have his profile on them as well as the New Hampshire quarter and it's a shame that the younger generation will never get to see him in person. As Quentin mentioned in the photo comment, maybe he has risen and become a ghost in the clouds.
