When I saw this week's theme "metal", I thought, that will be tough as my home and surroundings are so predominantly wooden. Then I remembered my piano with its huge cast frame and hundreds of metal strings. (Originally posted March 21, 2008)
Edited to add September 5, 2008 - Here I go plagiarizing my photohunt again. What's more perfect for the strings theme than these piano strings!

Wonderful take on this weeks theme. I have an upright piano in my living room, not nearly as dramatic as this! You must make beautiful music on this beauty!!
